Strategic FM Introduction
Introduce modern Facility Management as a strategic discipline for Indonesia.
The FM Indonesia Forum 2026 marks the official introduction of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) to Indonesia. Held under a strategic Memorandum of Understanding between IFMA Global and OCS Indonesia as the appointed local organiser, this inaugural Forum brings IFMA’s global standards and insights to one of Asia’s fastest-growing economies.
The Forum highlights Facility Management as a professional discipline and strategic sector essential to Indonesia’s next stage of development. As organizations respond to rapid urbanization, infrastructure expansion, industrial growth, and new workplace expectations, the need for world-class FM capabilities has never been greater.
With global shifts in digitalization, AI, ESG, decarbonization, and inclusive workplace design transforming how buildings are operated, this Forum provides Indonesia with a dedicated platform to learn from IFMA’s international expertise and build a strong, future-ready FM sector and its community. A professional FM ecosystem is vital to Indonesia’s growing economy: supporting investment, enhancing infrastructure performance, improving workforce productivity, and enabling organizations across all sectors to operate with greater resilience, efficiency, and sustainability.

The Next Wave of Facility Management in Indonesia
28 January 2026 | Shangri-La Jakarta
The FM Indonesia Forum 2026 is designed as a full-day professional journey, not a series of standalone sessions. To gain the greatest value, participants are encouraged to engage with the Forum as an integrated learning and leadership experience.
The FM Indonesia Forum 2026 is designed to accommodate strong interest from across industries. The initial 500 full-day conference seats are supported through the Forum’s sponsorship and venue arrangements. If registrations exceed this number, the Organising Committee will continue to welcome additional participants up to the maximum venue capacity of 1,000 attendees. For participants beyond the first 500, a direct conference cost of IDR 900,000 per person will apply, reflecting the actual hotel and hospitality cost. This adjustment ensures that all attendees receive the same conference experience while allowing the Forum to remain inclusive, professionally managed, and financially responsible. There is no mark-up applied by the Organising Committee.
